In the purest tradition of the Lazio, our olives are strictly hand selected at harvest time to enhance the development of their exceptional aroma. At the end of a meticulous process, an organic olive oil, fruity and without bitterness, is produced for the delight of the gourmets.

Pressure Passion

About 7 kilos of organic olives are needed to produce 1 liter of olive oil.

Extracted by simple cold pressing, virgin olive oil possesses health enhancing properties in the cardiovascular area (vitamin A, vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acids) as well as being an anti-inflammatory (phenolic compounds).
